Tell me what this motor is, I'm so confused!?

chevrolet smallblock....cast # 3892657......right front corner is V0914HE........it does have camelback heads if this helps identifying....need accurate info, one site says its a 1967 327 another say 1969 350.....whatmotor, what horsepower and what car for crying out load......
