Which set up would be best for rock?

Just stick with the stock speaker locations and get yourself some nice components for them. Get some shallow mount subs like the Polk Audio MM1240's and put them under the rear seat. I enjoy our enthusiasm, though! Good luck with the system and e-mail me if you need help!
