Could a 1994 Silverado have the redesigned '95 model interior?

I'm looking at buying a Chevy truck and I found one for sale with a few pictures of the outside but doesn't show the interior. I can see the dash through the windshield and it looks tan colored. I'm really familiar with Chevrolet and I know they redesigned the interior around '95 but wasn't sure if they introduced the '95 model in late 1994 with the new interior. Since it's a '94 I would assume the interior of a black z71 Silverado would be red, since most I've seen are. I emailed the seller but haven't had a response since they didn't leave a phone number.
