How to buy a car with no credit?
I'm also in the market for a vehicle, and what I can tell you from personal experience (as in this happened two weeks ago), for a car that cost $20k final price, and a down payment of $8k, I would have had $380 monthly payments, (for 60 months). That's with TERRIBLE credit. My credit line was close the worst one you could have and still be eligble for a loan. That being said, I've heard that bad credit is still a little better than no credit, so I couldn't tell you for sure if you'd be able to get a load to finance the rest of your purchase. As you mentioned, you'll be REQUIRED to carry full coverage insurance while their is a lienhold on your car, so if you can afford the monthly payments, plus the insurance, you should consider that stuff first. Shop around, and you may find someone to give a load with no credit. Good luck my friend!
