STARTER problem, impala engine turn?

you sure it,s not the batter? now i,am not calling you a liar but make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight. take the cables off and clean the ends up on the inside and outside and the posts on the battery too. yes it could be the starter. sometimes they will get a dead spot and it won,t crank the engine. try tapping on the starter.
